PURCHASES

At CCB Aviation Limited we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally, for a variety of reasons, we know you may want to return an item. That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item.  Please see our Returns Policy below for further details.


Cancelling Your Purchase

Under Trading Law, customers in the UK and European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.  

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us immediately to confirm this by email. The email will act as a written record of the request. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

RETURNS POLICY

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our 14-day returns guarantee

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals, packaging or wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.  Full Returns procedures are detailed below.  Please see our Refunds Policy for further information.

To return items under “Our 14-day returns guarantee”.

Contact us by email in the first instance to notify us of the reason for your return and this will act as your recorded request.

You can then return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, unopened, with any seals, packaging or wrapping intact.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot accept returns if opened and removed from original packaging, or handled in any way likely to cause damage. All paperwork must be returned with the item.


For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded delivery service. If the value of the return is more than £50.00 GBP we recommend a Special Delivery service to insure the value of the contents and to retain all postage receipts and proof of postage.


Any Refund will be issued as per our Refunds Policy.


To return items cancelled under “Cancelling Your Purchase”

For all other Returns.

Contact by email in the first instance and notify us of the reason you are unhappy with your purchase.  Your options will be discussed with you and then you should confirm your preferred option by email.

In the event of CCB Aviation Limited sending you a replacement for an item damaged on arrival, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to CCB Aviation Limited within 14 days of the date you received the item together with all paperwork.  In other situations that it is agreed that you are returning the item, all paperwork must be returned with the item.  


CCB Aviation Limited reserves the right to charge the price of any agreed replacement item to the payment card used for the original order, if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on which CCB Aviation Limited confirms we will issue a replacement.


For your protection, we recommend that you use appropriate packaging and a suitable Recorded delivery service. If the value of the return is more than £50.00 GBP we recommend a Special Delivery service to insure the value of the contents and to retain all postage receipts and proof of postage.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning any items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or defective on arrival.  

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, incorrect (as per the original order) or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns if handled in any way likely to cause damage.

Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us without following the above Returns Policy, or after 14 days unless they are deemed to be faulty, incorrect (as per the original order) or damaged on arrival. 


REFUNDS POLICY 

Refunds will be issued under this policy for items cancelled under the “cancel your Purchase”, within our “14 day returns guarantee” and items that are deemed to be faulty, incorrect (as per the original order) or damaged on arrival only.  Customers are required to follow the relevant Returns procedure as per our Returns Policy.

Under UK & European law and legislation we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item only.  All refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of safe receipt of returned goods in their original condition and packaging and as per our Returns Policy.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or defective on arrival. 

We cannot refund any handling, standard, recorded, priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
